You comment, I follow

I have just installed a few more plugins to make commenting on posts on this blog more fun. For starters, now you have smiles that you can use and before posting the comment you can preview it as well.

Also with the PR update coming in a few days, I though why not spread some link love. So from now on, all the comments on Content Pays do not contain nofollow attributes. However this is only for genuine readers, any one who tries to spam the blog will have his comment removed.

  1. Glad to hear it, I’ve got you added to my list.

I noticed that you also have the subscribe to comments plugin. Another Good one, It helps to remind people to come back to our blog to comment again.

With the doFollow, I prefer to have moderation turned on in order to delete spam before it ever reaches my site. Anyone posting a good comment still sees it go up with in a few minutes as long as they post within business hours.

Look forward to wandering through your blog. :)

  2. Thanks for adding this blog to the list, as for comment moderation, well I don’t really like it and I feel with Akismet this blog is protected to a certain degree. Unless the spam problem becomes acute, I wouldn’t turn on the comment moderation.

  3. Hey welcome to the club. Now if we could only convince the million other blogs to do the same. :-)

I don’t feel the need for the nofollow on my blog, I use Akismet and heavily moderate the comments.

Good luck with the next PR update. ;-)

  4. Thanks Tech IT

  5. That’s a very good way of rewarding your regular readers to come back and visit your blog again and leave useful comments when ever they visit
